Shopping & VIP Viewing

Online in-stock orders

Products available to purchase on this Shopify store are in stock and ready for shipping within the United States. Quantities are limited. Shipping rates and any free-shipping eligibility are shown automatically at checkout.

Natural materials

Natural stones, jade, pearls, amber and agarwood vary in color, pattern, inclusions and size. These characteristics are part of each piece and are not considered defects. Product color may also vary slightly with lighting and screen settings.

Care

Avoid showering, swimming, hot springs, strenuous exercise and sleeping while wearing your jewelry. Keep pieces away from perfume, chemicals, prolonged moisture, impact and pulling. Elastic cord, woven cord and plated or silver components naturally wear over time.

Final sale and order issues

All sales are final. If you receive an incorrect item or notice a major workmanship issue, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can assist. Normal wear, oxidation, cord aging, accidental breakage and damage caused by use are not manufacturing defects.

Repairs

For Amber Choice jewelry, simple restringing, component replacement or repair may be available. Materials, parts, shipping and special-order costs are quoted case by case, subject to material availability.
