1. Products and orders

Products available for purchase on this website are in stock and quantities are limited. Natural crystals, jade, pearls, amber, agarwood, and other natural materials may vary slightly in color, pattern, inclusions, and size. These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

2. Pricing and payment

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Full payment is required at checkout before an order is processed.

3. Shipping

Website orders are shipped within the United States by USPS only. Shipping charges and free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for details.

4. Returns and refunds

All items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. If you receive an incorrect item or identify a major workmanship issue, contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos.

5. Natural materials and care

Natural variation and minor color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings are not product defects. Normal wear, oxidation, cord aging, impact, pulling, or accidental damage is not considered a product defect.
